Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. We only deliver direct to New Zealand physical addresses listed on the NZ post website (No Post Boxes or Private Bags). No overseas deliveries.

In Transit Delivery Times

Standard Posthaste courier delivery times apply (Please visit Posthaste Courier address checker to view expected transit times) .

Please note that we will endeavour to despatch the goods within the same day, but unfortunately, delivery times are out of our control and we are subject to any delays in delivery that the third party courier company may impose. If you have still not received the order withing 3 days of receiving the despatch email, then please let us know and we will chase it up (please note that we do not offer a saturday delivery service so this will cause delays).   

  • North Island Urban Areas - Next day (some residential addresses may take 2 days).
  • South Island Urban areas - 2 days
  • Rural Deliveries - see note below

Overnight deliveries (Airfreright) to South Island and nationwide Saturday deliveries  is available to some areas. Please enquire within for pricing and eligibility.  

Rural Deliveries

Deliveries to addresses deemed to be a Rural Delivery by the courier company could be subject to extended transit times. Whether an address is regarded as is at the descretion of the courier company. Please visit the above address checker link to see if your address is subject to rural delivery times.

Saturday Deliveries

If you would like a saturday delivery, please contact us for pricing and eligibility 

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in New Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
